Zuji足迹订机票email说要确认信用卡信息还要pass

第一次在zuji订了机票，最后显示机票partially confirmed，刚才发邮件给我说要给他们passport和信用卡正反面复印件。这个是正常吗？
Prior to finalising your Booking & issuing your e-tickets, for security reasons, we must obtain confirmation from the credit card holder that they are fully aware of the charges about to be processed. we require the following documents:
1. A copy of Driver's License plus front and back of credit card
OR
2. A copy of the credit card holders passport plus front and back of credit card.

The credit card holder must either email or fax the documentation with written authority stating "Approval for Zuji to debit funds for ticket"
Due to the ticket deadlines, we must have this information no later than 8PM-today/HKT.
