关于大峡谷YAVAPAI酒店预订的问题

我7月份在大峡谷的yavapai lodge酒店订了两个房间，当时定了一切顺利，信用卡也扣款了。今天早上收到酒店发来的邮件，全文如下：Dear XXX, We are currently holding a reservation for you at the Yavapai Lodge, arriving on October 07, 2013, departing on October 08, 2013, for 1 night, 2 rooms. Your reservation number is xxxxxxxx. We are unable to complete and guarantee this reservation due to incomplete billing information.
