关于virgin blue和jetstar的行李托运问题

正在买澳洲国内的机票，请问这两家航空公司最便宜的那种票价，是不能托运行李？还是托运行李要另付8AUD的费用？
（比如virgin的saver lite的票价最便宜，但是关于托运行李，网站上是这么说的：Saver Lite, is an economy seat only fare and a checked baggage allowance is not included. Members cannot pre-purchase additional baggage when travelling on a Saver Lite fare.我觉得这句话的意思是。。不能托运行李，也不能买托运费啊。。）求解答！谢谢！
