Your vehicle has been confirmed with THRIFTY please present this confirmation to the Thrifty counter shown above, along with a Full Non-provisional Drivers License in ENGLISH (if not in English an International Drivers Permit is required) and a valid Credit Card for the Bond shown above.(cash not accepted for bond) To make changes or cancel please use the relevant link provided below. Please do not make changes directly with a depot as this may effect the pricing of your rental. To extend your rental once it has commenced please notify Rentnewcars on 1300 305 735 or email reservations@rentnewcars.com.au


Cancellation fee of $50.00 prior to pick-up. No refund for unused time or days once rental commences. An amendment fee of $30.00is applicable, but not limited to, changing the vehicle type, reducing the number of rental days, changing the pickup dates or locations.


Please note: Any amounts payable directly to the depot will be subject to the applicable Credit Card Fee, Administration Fee & Premium Location Surcharge (PLS). These amounts are not reflected in your balance to pay on pick up.


Conditions and Driving restrictions apply to this rental as per our website, you have agreed on these conditions on Booking.


The Single Vehicle Accident Liability Fee is in addition to your Liability shown. If your vehicle sustains damage and no other vehicle is involved or the other vehicle cannot be located an additional Liability of $2,200 will apply.





The vehicle you have booked may not be permitted to go off-road. Even if you have booked a full size 4WD vehicle some companies do not permit these to travel off sealed roads.


It is your responsibility to check YOUR intended itinerary with the pickup branch if you suspect there could be a dirt road involved OR you are travelling to remote places in Australia.


RentNewCars Car hire cannot be held responsible for vehicles not being released due to travel to restricted driving areas.
