whilst further enquiries are being conducted. Your visa application centre
or the entry clearance officer will contact you once a decision has been
made or, if necessary, during the consideration of your application."
这意思是会被拒签吗？个人觉得资料还挺齐全，去年申根签都木有问题啊？

我没加急，6.16递签，20查进度,22和我说the decision of your application has been delayed whilst further enquiries are conducted.
23号再查进度，今天和我说Your application has been referred to another authority for enquiries or a final decision.
那我这属于资料有问题吗？我的中介和我说材料挺齐全的，也没收到使馆什么邮件

不一定是被拒签了，可能就是通知你没办法在15个工作日内完成处理。
这里642楼有位Qyer有类似的经历，最后成功拿到签证。
