请问two together railcard能和牡蛎卡绑定打折吗？

看见有人攻略上说火车卡跟牡蛎卡绑定乘地铁可以便宜1/3，不知道two toghther是不是可以享受这个优惠？

我不确定，但是我的经验觉得是不可以的，一个英国火车系统，一个是针对伦敦区域地铁类。期待正确答案
two together的是两个人一起坐火车就可打折1/3的，可以绑定oyster卡的是Young Person卡
