澳洲转机根本不需要过境签！

阴差阳错又搜到这个可恶的帖子！
我是18年4月份去的新西兰，没有过境签，澳航那趟飞机根本不出机票，直接废了（北京-悉尼-奥克兰）。紧急购买次日东航飞机（北京-上海-奥克兰），直接损失上万，新西兰境内前几天的计划都被打乱！
重点不是评论里争论的海关边检，是澳航根本就不给打印登机牌好吧！
楼主你说后续没人检查就以为不用，事实是，如果你没有过境签，值机柜台那一扫，票都打印不出来。
土澳是为数不多的大陆护照联程经停也需要过境签的奇葩国家！（很多国家和地区的护照都不需要，包括港澳台，感受到了歧视！）

坛子里随便搜搜，很多同样遭遇，而且18年发帖的就有2个。

我自己也是受这个帖子还有另外一个帖子（说1-2天就出签）误导加上经验流，申办的晚了，确实是自己的原因！血的教训。
最后的结果是我『美加10年签，日本3年签，新西兰几年忘了，韩国冰岛+无数申根签和每年都有N次出入境记录，英国留学经历的护照』用了快10天才出过境签，这时候我都已经在基督城自驾了！（期间多次邮件

以前买需过境签的联程机票机票（不出境中转），从来都没去做过境签，都能走，这点肯定。1、因为境管局不归航空公司管，航空公司也不归境管局管，柜台说不办登机牌没有法律依据也是不合法的，而且每家航空公司职员都要熟悉各国签证细则也是不现实的，所以柜台阻止办票，不成立，除非里面有利益勾结。2、出发地海关只检查你机票与目的地签证的关系，中转国不入境何来过境签一说？你不入境，与过境国有什么关系？否则飞机过领空，每个人都得办签证。3、8小时内不入境转机不需过境签证是全球通则，澳大利亚境管局也有明文规定，你进入民政署771签证网站就有说明，其中办证签的了解：需要办理过境签吗？点击进去就有说明过境签的3种情况说得很清楚，其中第二点就是中转不用过境签的通则。有些人（代办签证的人故意混淆第二三点关系，把他当从属关系去理解散布。如果是从属就没必要三点并列，直接用第一点即可）。澳大利亚过境签承包给一家商业公司，只有一个口子可以办签，收代办费300元，这就是生意，利益关系一目了然。

看了半天，查了资料，中国护照转机不足8小时也是要过境签的

这是澳大利亚homeaffair官网的说明，明确说了8小时之内，且不出中转区，是不需要中转签的。8-72小时，列了一堆国家可以不用中转签，当然没有中国。也就是说如果中转时间超过8小时的，需要中转签。

澳大利亚移民与边境局明确要求持有中国护照（不含外交护照）的旅客只要地理上踏入澳大利亚的领土（即是到达澳大利亚的机场并走出舱门），不论是否通过澳大利亚边境局的关卡，不论待多久，即使是1分钟，都必须办理过境签证。有些个案成功可能是过境区的航空公司业务不熟，所以记住一定要办过境签，否则会有被航空公司拒载或被边境局遣返的风险。

根据TIMATIC要求（不懂的自行百度谷歌）中国大陆护照经澳洲转机到第三方国家的必须有E-VISA（澳洲已经停发纸质签证），持蓝色封面香港护照（注香港身份签证书即黄色封面的所谓香港护照仍需要签证）在澳洲转机到第三方国家且转机停留时间在8小时内的可以豁免签证。


划重点：中国大陆护照转机澳洲必须要签证，能拿到登机证仅仅是因为航空公司职员失职。

我看懂了，国内机场出境，中国海关查得不严所以都放了。香港出境，香港海关严格按照规定执行，所以不放行，至于下了第一程飞机，8小时内不需要。但是人家本身有规定这也是毋庸置疑的。好绕啊

准确的说，如果在澳洲的机场转机不出国际区同时转机时间在8小时以内是不需要过境签的。因为国际航班都在国际区，所以转机时间在8小时以内的不需要过境签，以上的需要。

需要，不超过8小时也需要。前面说的那个不超过8小时免过境签也是必须是特定国家的公民的。持中国大陆普通护照的公民，不论是0到8小时，8到72小时还是72小时以上都需要签证。

从香港机场飞，澳洲中转的航班是一定要澳洲过境签的。我是因为AA的航班延误，他们帮我改了澳航，结果中国护照在香港机场是出不了票的，还要再改签。香港护照可以

楼主就是来误导群众的，悉尼海关查不查过境签，跟第一程航空公司让不让你登机是两回事。
不办过境签的下场就是连飞机都上不去。

我办了过境签，悉尼转机5小时，但的确全程没有任何地方让我出示过境签证。

那到底要不要过境签呀？航空公司有作这样的要求呀。

联程或经停的航班也需要过境签吗？
