Premier Tax Free 真不负恶评，有解吗？

7月法国瑞士，2015/7/18从日内瓦机场回国，物品全部购于法国，在日内瓦机场french sector盖了章。
因为在尼斯买了一个chanel，用的是premier tax free。需要退540欧。选择退到信用卡。
当时在french sector海关妹妹让我所有global blue都用pablo扫并且不要邮寄自己存着等钱进来。唯独这张premier tax free，粉单和顾客联海关都帮我敲了活生生的章，寄出去的单子我都拍了照。投到yellow box。
回国后，在premier tax free tracking。并在email里贴了我拍的照片。
收到客服的信说，总之和其他论坛里绝多数的经历一样客户标准答案就是”没收到“然后，附上一段Can you please confirm the date you returned your stamped voucher to us and confirm the address? Please be aware that we are not obliged to provide a refund without a return of the stamped original voucher within the outlined timeframe.
这简直太恐怖了。。。
明明寄了可以没收到，不见原件不发钱，有解吗？
