意大利私铁italotreno的退款余额如何提现/取现？

我和家人之前坐了意大利私人铁路公司italotreno的火车，其中一班延误70分钟，后来退了我各类费用总计42欧，但是是退在我italotreno账户上的。账户上有提现功能，但目前只支持意大利、梵蒂冈、圣马力诺三个国家的银行卡提现，要求填写银行卡信息、VAT（交税信息）等。请问我如何能将这笔款项提现到中国银行卡或信用卡上？或者有谁在意大利能帮我一下吗？

What is Borsellino Italo and Credito Italo?Credito Italo is a coupon associated with a Ticket Code which will be given to you in the event of: - refund because a Traveller decides not to travel or NTV is unable to provide the service. - refund for accessory services (such as films or meals). - compensation.It is valid for 550 days after the date it is generated, and may be used to pay for all or part of the price of a ticket or of accessory services (meals and films) through all sales channels. Amounts above 4 euro may be cashed by contacting Pronto Italo, providing the ticket code and the name associated with the ticket. Amounts above 4 euro will be cashed in the form of a non-transferable cheque in the Traveller’s name sent to the address specified, or by transfer of funds. The credits will be converted into cash within 30 days of receiving the request. You can check your Credito Italo balance via the Pronto Italo Contact Center or in Casa Italo, providing your ticket code and the name associated with the ticket.
