IDTGV购票不成功的问题

预订阿维尼翁到巴黎的火车票，IDTGV预订过程中都没问题，付款后的结果显示The service is temporarily unavailable, and your request could not be processed.Please wait a few moments and try again. Thank you for your understanding
试了两三次都是这样。。。

我的信用卡是中国的，有芯片。
