关于伦敦地铁电梯圆形轮椅标志

发现一个问题，伦敦地铁图上标注的有圆形轮椅的地铁就是有直升电梯，但有一种轮椅标志是蓝色的圈白色的底，还有一种轮椅标志是蓝色的圈蓝色的底，有什么区别呢？

谢谢各位长老的帮助，另外想再请教一下，因为看到帖子里有穷友说自助牡蛎卡购买需要用芯片卡，我的信用卡全是磁条的，会不会不能用哦？这8月就要出发了，赶着换信用卡也不知道来得及不。当然实在不行就人工买，只是我到伦敦很晚，离开也大概6点，就怕人工没人。
