黄石公园内酒店的取消条款

我已经订到了7月初黄石公园里的酒店2晚房间，但还在不时刷刷，看有没有更好的位置或更便宜的价格。但是酒店的取消条款里有一条：A $15 non-refundable fee will be charged for any changes or cancellations that occur 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellation smade within two days of arrival, the cancellation fee will remain at an amount equal to the deposit amount. 是不是在30天以前取消都要收15刀？
我个人理解是到入住前30天内取消要扣15刀，30天以前取消免费，请达人们指点一下。
如果要收费，我就不折腾了。
