关于ticketmaster买nba球票delivey出现delay的问题

我打算2015年2月23日在迈阿密观看热火对战76人的比赛。在官网ticketmaster订好了门票，在发给我的邮件中，出现：IMPORTANT ALERT : There is a delivery delay on this event. Please check the Event Detail Page for information on when the delay will be lifted. Once the delay has been lifted, your tickets will be available via your selected delivery method. 我应该选的是在线打印门票方式，为什么还有delay啊？请问有朋友解答一下吗？谢谢了

请问 各位大神，我拿朋友的信用卡付的款，应该没有影响吧？然后邮件我只收到了order confirmation，没有什么pdf文件啊，我想知道怎么拿票到时候去到现场怎么样，求大神解答！
