西班牙的伏林航空最近放出特价机票"basic fare"，请问坐过该航空公司的同学，"basic fare"包括手提行李票吗？手提行李有限量和限重吗？

You can only take hand luggage (up to a maximum weight of 10 kg and a maximum size of 55x40x20, except for the Excellence fare which allows up to 14 kg). If you have any extra cases to add, please do so in the "Add Cases" section, or call our Customer Services. Adding a case at the airport carries a higher cost.
