For passengers who have purchased Extras packages the current Extras packages cancellation and changes terms apply. Flights experiencing cancellations or delays of 3 hours or more on domestic flights or on flights to or from Northern Cyprus: The following provisions apply to flights cancelled or delayed by our company within less than 24 hours of travel. Beginning 15 August 2006, in case of delays on scheduled domestic flights or flights to Northern Cyprus due to technical failures and similar malfunctions caused by our company, the following services will be provided to the passengers:For flights experiencing a cancellation or a delay exceeding 3 hours, even if the flight has already taken place, the ticket fare will be refunded.For flights experiencing a cancellation or a delay exceeding 5 hours, even if the flight has already taken place, the ticket fare will be refunded and Pegasus Airlines will offer a one-way ticket free of charge to any domestic destination chosen by the passenger.
