收到土航航程更改短信，求救

伊城媳妇，江湖救急。我于3月23日成功定了伊斯坦布尔往返开塞利的机票（5/7-5/10），当时收到土航给我的Turkish Airlines Online Ticket - Information Message，并给了我订单号。这说明订机票已经成功了对吧？
可是4/18收到土航的短信+电邮，说行程改变Your flight?s schedule under Booking file XXXXXX(订单号) has been changed. For confirmation please call +90 212 444 2 538 / +90 850 333 2 538.我上网搜了一下，跳出来这段话The payment and ticket collection cannot be made via web pages since a change has been made a change on your reservation. For payment and ticket collection please contact a Turkish Airlines sales office and/or call Turkish Airlines Call Center +9 (0) 212 444 0849.难道除了打电话别无他法了？也不知资费标准是多少

我也收到短信。在土航官网上按订单号查了一下，只是航班时间改变，伊斯坦布尔-开赛利航班时间改为下午15：50，延迟了20分钟。土航已经自动帮我们改了时间，所以无需担心。
可是我用订单号查了，没跳出来类似你的消息，请问你订的是哪天的航班？不方便的话可私信我。谢谢啦
