求助大神，宿雾航空如何改名？

我定的不是特价票，2700北京-马尼拉往返，但是一个朋友临时去不了了，但是不想浪费，转让给另外一个朋友，所以今天给宿雾发的邮件，以下是宿雾的回复，是不是我只需要付600人民币就可以改名了，没有其他费用了吧，求助各位大神，还有就是那个LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FOR NAME CHANGE这个表怎么填？

Dear Sir/Madam,

We apologize but request is for Name Change with a fee CNY 600.

Please submit the following requirements for name change with fee:

ØPASSPORT copy of the purchaser

ØPASSPORT copy of the correct passenger

Pro-forma Authorization Letter (attached)– filled up by the purchaser

Reminders:

NAME CHANGE should be done more than 4hrs prior scheduled flight.

All IDs submitted must be valid and should have a visible signature

If ticket is under promo fare, it must be upgraded first to a regular fare.

Once all documents are received and request is approved, name change fee must be settled more than 4 hours prior the departure date.
