在ticketmaster购买了门票，显示有如下字样：

Visit Basilica: 15 minutes before the time of access to the Tower
Visit Tower: Accés 11h
这意思是说登塔前15分钟才能进去参观教堂吗？还是开门就能进去参观，然后提前15分钟排队登塔？我猜想是后一种的意思吧。请达人帮忙解惑，谢谢了。
