求教，有3D认证的信用卡才能买机票？

今天在非洲廉航fastjet上买机票，用浦发信用卡一直不能付款。提示“3D check failed
Cardholder not participating.This card is eligible but not enrolled in the 3-D Secure program.”
求教，这个咋解决？啥样的卡能付款呢？
此外，这个非洲fastjet可以说是廉航中的廉航，从乞力马扎罗机场飞到桑给巴尔岛，只要20美金，行李费6.5美金，可就是付不了款。
