2 persons in 6-berth cabin是指座位还是卧铺呢？貌似是比普通车厢贵的座位，因为在订票确定时描述是Trian with reservation obligation, 2 seats in the 2. class.
Day coach, Couchette, Sleeper，是这样分类的吗？只有sleeper才是卧铺票？

第一个是日间车，后两个都是卧铺，区别如下：
sleeper: normal accommodation for 4 or less person, more expensive and more comfortable
couchette: for 6 person, with pillow
