新西兰签证费用问题咨询

我查看了新西兰签证中心的网站说明，签证费包含的是签证费和申请递送费两部分。其中签证费说明是每份申请XX元（Per Application），申请递送费是每名申请人XX元（Per Applicant）。我这儿是3个人打算办个团组签证（Visitor Group Visa Others），那个费率计算器上写的是Fee Information：CNY420，Other Fees Charged：Applicants must pay the visa application fee plus the following facilitation fee：220 CNY per applicant for Group Visas NOT lodged by ADS agents.我想请问我们的总费用到底应该是(420+220)*3=1920元还是420+220*3=1080元？
