现在预计到时可能有原因去不了，但一直网上搜不到联系俄罗斯航空的电话

我退过，看你的票价类型，基本只能退一部分税。我那时候是写邮件过去的。他们会回邮件告诉你能退多少。下面是我当初的邮件。发给callcenter@aeroflot.ru, CC给 webticket@aeroflot.ru

My friend Miss XXX got a bad complication from a very little surgery and she may not get well on September.
I'd like to know if there is any possibility to change the passenger's name of the ticket i booked or cancel she's ticket .
The information of the ticket please refer to the mail below.
If there are any charges please kindly let me know.

Dear 哈图,
changing the passenger's name is not possible unfortunately.
According to the fare rules this ticket is non-refundable.
You could get back only the unused taxes (about 350 USD per passenger).
For the refund You need to send us the cardholder's name,
first 6 digits, 4 last digits of the credit card the tickets were paid with
more than 24 hours before the flight. The amount will be forwarded back
to that credit card.
