请教长老关于签证用酒店，预订单里的一段红色

在雅高酒店网站预订签证用酒店。刚才回复邮件给我了。但是里面用红字写了一段话。大家帮我看下。我怕我理解错了。

是可以运用于签证的意思，还是不可以啊？
