租车驾照年限问题- 急问

事情是这样的。。。
我们在荷兰，打算10/11周末到慕尼黑，然后租车去奥地利的kitzbuhel玩，火车很不方便
一冲动机票，酒店，租车都订下来，却在这里学习经验时，发现租车有驾照年限1年以上之说，之前都没有租过： 汗~~~
[*]中国驾照7年了-没有公证书
[*]年龄也刚过了25岁
[*]但是，荷兰驾照这个月刚拿到
[*]租的是AVIS= bmw 3,后来仔细看了确认信的小字，的确有1年这条，在订的页面没有注意，我们订的又是pay now
请问这里的xdjm
1)这样情况，还能算有1年驾照吗？ 能租得下来吗？avis在这个上管的严吗？ 我们是要到慕尼黑机场取
2）如果不行，要取消可以吗？

avis不是大公司估计租车没几个大公司了呵呵，不过同意猴猴斑竹的说法，他们的年限规定是针对纯新手的，象LZ这样7＋1的，应该问题不大。
