我们单位最后第二句话“他将遵守该国法律并且准时回国”是不写的。意领馆也根本不care，本来这就是你自己行为自己承担义务，单位仅仅有保留职位的承诺就可以了。
如果你单位万一不同意写这句话，我认为完全无碍。从理论上来说单位没有这个义务也没有这个能力来担这个责任。
