通过hostelworld预订的旅舍能提供预订传真件吗？

没有打算得到签证后退房，可是前题是他们会提供传真件，别我通过hostelworld预订后，不给传真件，还扣钱，最后还拿不到签证，那岂不是鸡飞蛋打？
说实话，国内签证必须提供传真件有时候真是强人所难，即便是有些大酒店也不会提供啊，何况青年旅馆。

I find some post said, when he appiled UK visa, he even didn't book hotel, and just bought air ticket. And I guess that was ticketless one. So, I don't know the fax is really that important.
我通过hostelworld预定了酒店，可等了一天还没有确认消息，不知是何原因？我在国内。另外，我也觉得使馆还没确定给不给你签证就要求你预定好酒店的要求有些过份。
