圣岛租车保险问题

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) 是所谓·的全险吗？我看租车网上是写：Collision Damage Waiver is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for damage to the vehicle, its parts and accessories, provided the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The waiver carries an excessdeductible of 400 Euros. This means that the renter will be liable for the first 400 euros amount in case of an accident. The excess excludes glass (windows etc), tyres and any towing.
