求前辈指点希斯罗机场SIXT提车方式

十月黄金周要去英国自驾，租了SIXT的车，到达的是T4，问了租车公司如何提车，但回答都是官方的打电话坐公交，请问各位前辈
T4有SIXT的柜台吗，如果没有，该怎么提车呢？

您好，希斯罗机场门店的指示如下：Please proceed to the Sixt desk in the arrivals hall or call our branch at +44 (0) 203 463 6791 to arrange for our free courtesy bus to pick you up. Please make your way to bus stop number 7 & 8 for T2, 17 for T3 and number 2 for T4, which are in front of the arrivals hall where our orange Sixt bus will collect you and bring you quickly and comfortably over to the Sixt branch, only 10 minutes away from the terminal building.
