请教埃航退/改票问题，很疑惑

埃航官网，票价分best offer/ good deal等4个票价。我订的票，官网去程best offer（最低价）+返程（good deal，因为best offer已经卖完了），然后打北京办事处电话，最低价格也就是官网价格，说如果去程用过了，返程不能退。可是官网上显示退票去程50刀退/35刀改，返程50刀退/35刀改。
我又查从广州出发，官网往返都是best offer，购票条款显示去程50刀退/35刀改，返程65刀退/50刀改票。广州办事处给的价格一样，返程可以退，收700多人民币退票费。官网如果选择best offer+good deal往返组合，购票条款是：往返都是50刀退/35刀改。所以我好晕啊......若埃航买了往返票，全退算50刀，还是50刀+50刀或者50刀+65刀啊？还有办事处跟官网看到的舱位不同嘛？虽然价格一样。如果网上买，条款可不可信啊？还是我英语差，理解有误？
