关于HERTZ租车

由于行程问题，需要租车一天，DOLLAR　UK上无法租一车，EXPEDIA UK上发现可以，供选择的公司有HERTZ和NATIONAL等。之前从未在HERTZ租过，根据EXPEDIA上写的条款：

Driving licence


Valid National Driving License must have been held for a minimum of one year. If the driving license is not in English, then an International Driving Permit is strongly recommended. International Driving Permits are only accepted in conjunction with National Driving License from country of domicile.


请问有经验的TX，持中国内地驾照能否在HERTZ提车，新版驾照，提车地LA
