请教退税有经验的朋友

以前给亚航发邮件要求退税，后来回复给我好像是要一账户，我就给了我的交行信用卡号码，但是今天又收到以下的邮件，不太明白是什么意思，请英语好的有退税经验的游四海旅游指点一下。

We have initiated to refund your Booking but the account no. given was a Credit Card no. Kindly provide your saving account no. for us to credit to your account.
