Provided that you have included the relevant details requested for in the FAQ, your refund will be processed within 30-60 working days of this acknowledgment. You may check with your bank or your next bank account statement for proof of refund.



Note: Kindly be advised that the standard Refund Processing Fee is RM10 per Guest per Sector. For international flights not utilised
