请教paddling和kayaking的区别

Your day begins with a fast water taxi ride up to the golden sands of Onetahuti Beach. Paddling offshore we head to Tonga Island and its flourishing New Zealand fur seal colony. From there we kayak south experiencing the bush clad coastline, and hopefully spotting the shy little blue penguin. At beautiful Bark Bay our kayaking adventure finishes.

This is where your walk begins. After time for lunch head off (unguided) to explore the flora and fauna of the New Zealand bush. Your walk (approx 2 1/2hrs) will take your over the swing bridge at Falls River, and will end at Torrent Bay, where your 4.00p.m. water taxi will pick you up and transfer you back to Marahau.
