求助！在ZUJI上订酒店，订错了时间。。。

本人用Zuji的券订酒店，有1天订重了，有1天却没订上，超级郁闷。我给Zuji发了邮件，这是他们的回复，恳请各位长老帮我出个主意。

Please be advised that we find there are three Bookings made with this email address, request you to please provide us the order id so that we can assist you regarding your query.


Kindly note that amendments are not permitted for hotel Booking, you can only cancel and rebook. If you wish to cancel your reservation then below charges will be applicable:-


Hotel cancellation charges:- If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of check in, 1 night cancellation charges will be applicable.

Zuji admin fee:- SGD 50


Your Booking can be amended or cancelled by calling our Sales and Customer Care Team. We will not be able to entertain requests for amendment or cancellation via email.


Any refund can only be credited back to the same credit card used to make the Booking.


For amendments, a ZUJI Administrative fee of S$25 will be charged on top of any hotel fee.


For cancellations, a ZUJI Administrative fee of S$50 will be charged on top of any hotel fee.


Please note that cancellations made after the check-in date are subject to 100% penalty. Once you have checked into a hotel you cannot cancel or receive credit for unused nights if you check out early.


Amendments and Cancellations do not apply to Non-Refundable and Advance Purchase Rate Bookings.


Please do not contact the hotel directly for changes or cancellations.
