请教，条款里写：


RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE


* Local toll, highway fees, or travel stickers which may be required by local authorities.

* If not included in your rate, the rental company offers all of its vehicles to renters full of gas/petrol, and renters are charged at the commencment of the rental an amount equal to the self-service pump price. Renters are instructed to return the vehicle as empty as possible. No refund is provided for unused fuel.

* Local toll, highway fees, or travel stickers required by local authorities.

* Personal Protection Plan (PPP) and other coverage, which may be available from your Dollar Rent A Car pick-up location.

* Customer Facility Charge of approx. $2.50 USD per day, max charge of approx. $12.50 USD per rental, for rentals commencing at Orlando Airport.


其它的not include都好理解，只有这个，我脑筋转不过弯来了
