新西兰签证--大家快来救救我

在日本的新西兰大使馆申请了新西兰签证，如实填写了曾经被美国大使馆拒签这一事实，可是今天收到了这样的邮件，要求提供被美国拒签的理由，我已经在签证申请表里填写了，面试过程中，被问到什么时候去美国，为什么去美国等问题，然后就被告知不发给美国签证，然后我问了签证面试管拒签的理由，他说没没有理由，这些我都如实填写在新西兰签证申请表里了，可是还要求我提供拒签理由，我该怎么给他回信啊，怎么说阿，大家快来救救我，是不是新西兰签证也没戏了。。。悲剧阿 邮件的原话如下

We have completed a first assessment of your application and need more information before we can proceed further.


Please send the following:


You state that you have refused a visa by American Embassy in March 2010 in your application form. Please provide an explanation as to why you were declined it.


Please send the information we have requested to this office by the date listed above so that we can continue to assess your application. Include a prepaid courier envelope with your address so that we can return your documents quickly and safely.



If you do not send the information, our decision on your application will be delayed. We may return your application to you without proceeding further, or we may assess your application based solely on the information you have already given us.
