怎么退网上定好的TGV的火车票呢？急

虽然之前也在网站上搜了关于怎么退的帖子，可能是自己理解的问题把。。反正就是到现在也不大明白
希望大家可以帮帮忙~
之前在TGV网上买了从brussel到avignon，走之前都可以全额退的青年票，现在用不着了，所以要退掉。。可是不知道应该怎么退。。
是不是只要上了自己的profile，然后点取消？？
钱真的会退回来？？退回我定的卡上？？
有同样经历的人没 一般退这个钱需要多久呀~~然后这样子就可以了吗，我收到的车票应该怎么处理呢~

It is currently not possible to exchange tickets via the TGV-europe.com site.
Please may follow these:
1. Check availability and fares for the journey you wish to make
2. Cancel your Booking XXXXXX
- Click on the "Train" tab on the home page and then the "Manage my orders" link.
- enter your Order reference.
- Select "Cancel" and follow the instructions.
Take your tickets to a French station within 60 days
to obtain a refund.
Can't get to a French station?
Then send your refund application to:
TGV-europe.com
