关于亚航的，请求高手帮助

我买了2011年2月22日从吉隆坡飞兰卡威的机票，付款也成功了，状态也是确认，可是亚韩却迟迟不给我发旅行指南，我去点了几次都没用，给live help写信。

打客服，一直打不通。求各位高手帮帮忙，还有没有什么办法，或者没有那个指南，只打印亚航订单里的确认页也能上飞机吗？
