关于德比之间的aixpress ticket问题

本人计划4月3日-4月5日去德国北威州，从根特出发到Welkenraedt买去Aachen的aixpress ticket，但是当天不回比利时。4月5日从德国aachen回根特，我想如法炮制这条路线，即Aachen –Welkenraedt – gent，不知道在德国aachen是不是也可以买到aixpress ticket呢？

"Aixpress" ticket to Aachen
If you're doing a round trip between certain Belgian stations (cf. below) and Aachen on the same day, you can benefit from the special fixed price "Aixpress" ticket.
"Aixpress" tickets are only valid in 2nd class on IRq trains and are only sold in the stations where they can be used.
In addition, "Aixpress" tickets entitle you to use public transport (tram, bus and train) in Aachen zone 1.
Return fares in euros valid from 01/02/2009to Aachen from : adults children (6-12 years)

Verviers 8,10 4,20
Liège-Angleur - 4,20
