ryanair付款失败会扣钱吗

在Ryanair上订两张机票，前一张没问题，订好的同时也收到了确认信
订第二张的时候在付款页面按了确认，然后跳出对话框说因为
未知的错误现在不能付款，你的账户没有被扣款，但是因为系统失败，你的预订没有被确认，请换一种付款方式或者稍后再试
有发生这样情况的吗，我后来又试了一次，也没有成功，换了张卡，还是不行
这情况会被扣款吗？

跳出来的对话框是这么写的
an unknown error has occured with the form of payment you have chosen.
you have not been charged, but due to system failure we cannot accept this form of payment at this time.
please try another form of payment or try again later time.
