意铁ticketless 有没有定位费

今天买了意铁的ticketless, 在选择送票方式时， 我点了ticketless via mail 下面的for more information, 结果我就不清楚ticketless坐 IC,ICN and express train seating 的话到底有没有 3 euro 的定位费? 请长老门，或者乘过的xdjm 们帮忙。谢谢。

The international Intercity and Eurocity trains are not included
