预定泰国酒店中遇到的问提 求助~~~

问个预定中碰到的问题，我通过expedia订普吉的Moevenpick酒店，rate details里出来

Mandatory Hotel-Imposed fees:

The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.

New year's Eve Gala Dinner fee: THB6800 per adult

Child's New year's Eve Gala Dinner fee: THB3400 (minimum age of 0 years old)



The above list may not be comprehensive. Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not include tax and are subject to change.

意思是酒店会另外强制向我们收取这个餐费吗？可是现在不是过年时间啊。。。

没碰到过这种情况，请有经验的指导指导！！
