问Bahn上订票后，不是立马扣款确认的么？

我在bahn上面订了票，需要邮寄的。但是为什么没有从信用卡中立即扣款？


邮箱里面收到了一封信，如下，


Dear ,


We hereby confirm receipt of your order and thank you for it. Your

order has been recorded under order number XXXXXX.


Please note that we can only definitively confirm your seat once the

order has been processed, if your seat reservation was not made

online.

这个到底是订了还是没有订，为啥信用卡没有扣钱？
