关于sj的订票

我订了票以后收到这么一封信，Thank you for your order.

还有一个order number
这个是不是说明订票成功了，然后凭这个号去机器上打票，钱是不是在打票的时候扣的，我在网上定的这个是不是不能取消的？

这个是怎么回事
凭SJ order number在机器上取票。至于能不能退票，跟票的性质有关，具体在订票时的条款里都有说明。
就跟网上订票一样的,只不过上车之前要先去打印票
SJ的火车票得先付钱才有票号，信用卡买票的时候就扣了吧。
