几个关于新西兰签证表填写的问题，谢谢各位先

1027的第15项：Details of partner and children,even if they are not travelling with you.

这里面的每一行最后面有个 “day month year”是什么意思？填出生日期还是？完全没解释。


1017的A12问题，Are you applying for a visa/permit on the basis of a partnership?

我和老公一起出去，他是主申请人，我们这样的情况是该填yes？不太理解这个问题的意思


1017第16页的Refunds for payments made in New Zealand该填写什么内容啊，我们没有新西兰的账户啊，可上面的解释又说if you do not complete this section your application will not be affected.
