求助:意铁出现这样消息该怎么办

我两个帐号+VISA都买不了票了 都出现这样的信息.

我按要求给那邮箱发邮件可是这个是意铁的旧地址

- the content of this email,

- your User ID,

- a contact telephone number,

- the photocopy/scan of a valid identity document of the person associated to the User ID,

- the photocopy/scan of the tax code number


Within 48 hours you will receive the outcome of your request on your e-mail address.
