1. 填妥的访问签证申请表以(NZIS 1017)及中国公民赴新西兰访问，留学，工作的补充表(NZIS 1027)
2. 有效护照
3. 申请人近期护照照片一张
4. 申请费 *同行的配偶及20岁以下未婚子女，可包含于同一申请案件，无需另外付签证费用
5. 申请人在新西兰访问期间所需费用的资金证明或新西兰访问签证担保表
6. 如果申请父母、祖父母三年多次往返访问签证，必须提交填写完整并签字的新西兰访问签证担保表(NZIS1025)
7. 健康证明：如需停留六个月以上，必须提供胸部X光表（NZIS1096）
8. 计划在新西兰停留12个月以上的申请人必须提供一份完整的体格检查与胸部X光表(NZIS1007)。有关体检问题，请查阅本网站公告。
9. 无刑事犯罪公证书(如适用)
请注意：如果缺少上述几项中的任何一项，申请材料将被退回。
