关于家长负担旅行费用的公证

本来打算九月去捷克奥地利意大利，现在情况突然有变，要改到八月，但是那份家长负担旅行费用的公证上写的是九月，请问是要重新办一份么？还是可以怎样改一下呢？谢谢各位帮忙！！

但是，家长负担旅行费用，需要公证的么？哪个使馆要求的呀？我弟弟的申根签证都是我爸妈签名了就行了。

We are the applicant XXX‘S parents and totally support his request of visiting his sister & brother-in-law and having sight seeing in Germany. We can provide him with all expenses for this German trip from 10th July to 24th July. Hereby, we guarantee that he will not have financial problems and he will obey the German Law & Regulations during this trip.
