请教各位高人,求上海意签在职及请假证明的模板(中英文?),看到有篇精华帖写到论坛里有模板,可是身为菜鸟的我没找到,
所以劳烦各位可否发至我的邮箱@163.com, 多谢各位!

我有一份以前自己用的，我修改了一下，应该可以给你作为参考。但是我只用过英文版，中文版你可以翻译一下来用。附件不支持txt和doc。只可以这里写了。。
