8月底去多伦多，在LSC读一个月的语言＋homestay，想问一下9月份天气怎么样？
查了一下平均温度是20度到13度，当地是不是还可以穿夏装呢？
而关于国际学生证，同学说办了也不是很用得到，请问美术馆，游乐园之类的设施，买车票是不是可以用？我办的是25岁以下的那种……

It's better to pack long sleeves and pants. Long skirts should be fine too.
国际学生证 is not widely used in North America. However, normal student card is good enough to get discount in Art gallery etc. You can save your money on 国际学生证, but remember to bring your student card (issued by your school) to all the places and negotiate for discount.
